You will learn how to set up Lightroom CC Classic correctly to get the best from it. You will leave with an understanding of a robust digital workflow - from importing images, organising and basic enhancement through to export.
Bring your own computer to work on your own images (or our sample ones). We’ll be limiting the workshop to a small group, with plenty of specialist guidance. We have one of the best Lightroom teachers who’ll help you move your skills to the next level.

  • What is Lightroom?

Lightroom CC Classic is the number one digital image workflow system for amatuer and professional photographers. The Lightroom workflow covers everything from download to enhancement and output, providing you with powerful and efficient digital image management and processing.
It should be noted that Photoshop is an extra tool-set that adds to what can be done with Lightroom. Both are available as part of the Adobe “Creative Cloud’ system.
What is the difference between Lightroom CC Classic and Lightroom CC? Adobe have recently released a new version of Lightroom which is a purely Cloud based service. On this workshop you will be learning to use Lightroom CC Classic. The Classic version of Lightroom is a professional editing tool which is much more powerful and useful than Lightroom CC. We recommend that you purchased the Adobe CC Photography Plan on a monthly basis if you do not currently use Lightroom (not the Lighroom CC plan). Purchasing this plan will provide you with Lightroom CC Classic, Lightroom CC and Photoshop. You will also be able to update your software for free by joining this plan. You can purchase is here from the Adobe website.
  • Who Should Attend?

This workshop is designed for people who either are new to Lightroom, or have got into bad habits! We will cover the core fundamentals of Lightroom, which is highly recommended before you take our Lightroom 2- Next Steps workshop. These two workshops help you build your robust and efficient digital workflow and image management system.
