Trevor Penfold is a New Zealand wildlife and landscape photographer. His stunning images include much of NZ’s native wildlife, his wildlife photography has been published as two photography books and his images have won awards in international photography competitions. He has had several sole exhibitions in NZ and has had his images displayed in the South Australian Museum due to his success in the ANZANG Nature Photographer of the Year competition, where his images have formed part of the finalists exhibition in 2012, 2013, 2015 and this year 2016.
Trevor loves to share his knowledge and passion of nature photography with others and has been running workshops since 2008. He’s known for cutting through a lot of the jargon that’s associated with photography and explains his approach in a concise and easy-to-understand way, in turn making his workshops very popular. Also his easy-going manner makes him very approachable, putting his clients at ease so they feel happy asking any questions.
Trevor lives in the coastal town of Raglan with his wife, daughter and Bella, their Welsh springer spaniel.
