Dave is based at the top of the South Island in the coastal village of Mapua, where he runs photography tours around Nelson and Golden Bay. Dave also works on a conservation project to restore the Abel Tasman National Park and volunteers a lot of his time and photography to help promote the conservation work done around Nelson.

An accomplished photographer, Dave has had opportunities to photograph some of New Zealand’s most endangered wildlife and remote locations. His photography has a classic natural style and has been published in books, magazines, journals, calendars and as postcards.
